Hi, I’m Ajit Bansal — a commerce graduate with a master’s degree in marketing from the Symbiosis Institute of International Business, Pune. My journey started in wealth management at Citibank, where I had the opportunity to manage high-net-worth client portfolios and develop a strong foundation in financial strategy. In 2012, I made a transition into the retail sector, starting with unorganised retail and eventually stepping into the world of organised retail in 2017. This shift sparked my passion for building retail ecosystems and laid the foundation for what would become my core expertise.
As the founder of A2Z Retail Solutions, I focus on franchise brand management, franchise consultancy, and leasing consultancy. We work closely with premium and luxury brands, helping them scale strategically while curating retail spaces that align with their identity. One of our proudest achievements has been the successful leasing and development of West Point Mall in Gangtok — a milestone in bringing organised retail to a growing region. Driven by a passion for innovation and retail excellence, I continue to lead A2Z Retail Solutions into new frontiers, building strong partnerships and unlocking opportunities in the ever-evolving retail landscape.

Hi, I’m Kunal Bansal — a passionate and hands-on professional in the retail industry, with a background in product design from Symbiosis Pune. My journey in retail began back in 2012 and by 2017, I stepped into the world of organised retail with Bhakti Journey.
Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in store operations, process optimisation, and strategic planning. My focus has always been on creating efficient, well-structured retail environments that reflect the core values and aesthetics of the brand. From streamlining operational workflows to executing detailed store fit-outs, I take pride in blending functionality with design to deliver impactful retail spaces. Driven by a commitment to innovation and excellence, I continue to explore new ways to elevate the retail experience.
